The run-up to your exams can be a stressful time: making page upon page of notes, writing practice answers and endlessly wondering whether you’ve done enough work to get the grades you want. With all this pressure we put on ourselves to succeed, it’s easy to end up feeling stressed.
Searching for a job can be a daunting task, but it’s something we all need to do at one point or another, regardless of the stage we’ve reaching in our career. Whether you’re a graduate looking for your first job, an individual seeking a career change or somebody pursuing different professional development opportunities, you have to search in order to find.
LCCA fashion students were lucky enough to be granted access to the Paul Smith headquarters, last month. The fieldtrip proved extremely popular, with student from other faculties contacting programme leader, Claire Netter, to try and get their names on the list.
It’s surprising how much you can learn in a short space of time. Signing up for a short course is a fantastic way to learn a new skill and acquire more knowledge on a sector that you’re considering a career in.
