This week, LCCA Hospitality students have attended a guest speaker event, organised by LCCA Careers in collaboration with PPHE Hotel Group. PPHE is an international hospitality real estate group, owning brands such as Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts, art’otel, Arena Hotels & Apartments and Arena Campsites. 

Representatives of the group delivered a great introduction to their company and their award-winning career development programme, speaking about the organisational culture and the importance of investing in their people and growing talents. 

The Regional Training Manager provided students with great insight into the career pathways within the group, and encouraged them to apply for the PPHE graduate schemes, as well as for various full-time, part-time and casual roles available in UK and international.
