Open Day

It was a very productive day with students finally able to take a tour of the new campus and see the new facilities that will help them through their studies.

Students were able to find out more about the courses in fashion, design and business from our academic team and had the opportunity to ask questions, all while following social distancing measures.

Debi Hayes, Managing Director of LCCA, who hosted the event, explained the importance of the creative industries which is worth over £148 billion a year to the economy, highlighting the need for a diverse talent pool able to deliver innovative solutions to ‘wicked’ problems. She emphasised that LCCA is committed to developing creative and enterprising students who are digitally literate, purposeful and able to apply their creative imagination to solve problems using interdisciplinary and collaborative methods.
