Student Accommodation

LCCA now offers accommodation for all students moving to London!

You can access this service through The Language Gallery (TLG) which offers different types of accommodation including:

• House shares (18+)
• Halls of residence (18+)

TLG accommodation offers a comfortable, clean and safe environment for students with a variety of facilities and services available.

All rooms come furnished with beds, storage space and a desk for studying. Wi-Fi and bills are included in the cost and some accommodation types even include catering options such as half-board, bed and breakfast and on-site cafés.

Halls of residence and house shares come with furnished kitchens, including basic utensils and a weekly clean of the common areas. Bed linen is provided and a laundry service is available for hire. The weekly cost ranges from £165 to £400.

Students have several different accommodation options across zones 1 to 3. Areas include Whitechapel, Fulham and Camden Town, which are all in the heart of London.

Students will be charged a booking fee £100. This is a one-off payment that will not be charged to you again, even if you extend your stay.

There are several private, “all-inclusive” style residence halls in London, some within walking distance of our main building on Union Street. Although pricier than a house share, some of our students find the proximity to the college (and therefore reduced travel costs) and the amenities very attractive and convenient.

Axo (Camden)

Tucked away on a quiet residential street, AXO Camden is a five-minute walk from Kentish Town West underground. Being on the tube gives you easy access to central London. There are a host of local supermarkets within walking distance. You’re local to markets, popular bars and concert halls, all the factors to give you the best student experience.

Axo (Islington)

AXO Islington (formerly Bloomfield Court) offers stylish student accommodation, offering a selection of shared flats in the happening area of Holloway Road. Being located only a few minutes away from Camden and Islington’s Upper Street, you have access to contemporary bars, restaurants, live bands and cafes.

Chapter House (Spitalfields)

This exceptional hall of residence is in a great city location, only 7 minutes walk from Liverpool Street Underground and less than 15 minutes travelling distance to Oxford Circus in Central London. One of the tallest student residences in the world, with spectacular views of the London skyline from its bar/ café lounge on the 32nd floor. Chapter Spitalfields underwent an upgrade in Summer 2019, with a brand new reception area, ground floor coffee bar, private study rooms and a new look auditorium.  Chapter Spitalfields also features an on-site gym, cinema, karaoke room, and communal study spaces.

Residents are able to use the gym and all other facilities within Chapter, and these apartments are also available to non-students.
All bills are included - Please note, if you are a non-student, you will be subject to Council Tax charges.

Chapter House (Portobello)

Chapter Portobello is in Notting Hill and located a short walk from Westbourne Park Underground Station. It has a courtyard and a canal running alongside the building, this is a beautiful, tranquil area for students who would like to relax.

Don Gratton House

Don Gratton House provides excellent value zone 1 student accommodation. It is ideally located in Whitechapel allowing you to enjoy a central London living experience, whilst also being just moments away from the attractions of London’s vibrant East End.

Don Gratton House is excellently served by Aldgate East and Whitechapel tube stations on your doorstep as well as a convenient network of bus routes.

We offer a fantastic living experience for any student throughout their time at university. Our shared student flats are equipped with comfortable small double beds, en-suite bathrooms, 50MB WI-FI and all-inclusive bills at a great price.

Drapery Place

Drapery Place (formerly known as Drapery Plaza) is perfectly located for you to make the most of student life in London, with many of the city’s universities easily reached by public transport. This is the residence the brings you close to the buzzing areas of Shoreditch and Spitalfields so you'll never miss out on any of the action.

Explore the rest of Drapery Place and you’ll find plenty to keep you entertained. Common areas offer comfortable seating and activities such as a pool or foosball, while study spaces offer a quiet spot to get your head down. If you’re feeling active, there’s even a gym and dance studio for you to use whenever you feel like it.

Scape (Shoreditch)

Scape Shoreditch is an attractive, stylish student accommodation located in one of London's most exciting neighbourhoods. There is a huge variety of things to do in Shoreditch and there are many restaurants and food places including Abokado, Chicken Cottage, and Honest Burgers - Old St. These are all within walking distance - so you will never run out of places to eat!

The location is well-connected to the entire city via public transport and the nearest bus stop is just around the corner. Chapter King's Cross is located in one of London’s most enviable well-connected locations. Just 5 minutes’ walk from King’s Cross station and within a few tube stops to most major London sites. The Collective (Old Oak)

Collective Old Oak boasts of a great location that is well-connected to the entire city via public transport, with the nearest bus stop just a minute’s walk away. Willesden Junction Train station is a 6-minutes’ walk away so you can easily travel in and around the city. What makes staying here even better is that all the amenities you need are right at your doorstep.

The Stay Club Camden offers rooms that range from private studios to premium suites. Our Camden studios to let are perfect for students that like their own privacy, or couples that want to share their university experience together. Our suites can even accommodate up to four friends that want to stay together in student housing.
