It is common for applicants to have a lot of questions during the Clearing period and if you don’t know what you’re doing, the process can often seem overwhelming.
That’s why LCCA are here to help! Have a look at the list of frequently asked questions below and if you can’t find what you’re looking for – don’t hesitate to get in touch. At LCCA we are always happy to support you.
A. Firstly, don’t worry. You can keep track of your applications and find out whether you’ve been offered a place on your chosen course via UCAS Track.
If you are offered a place, now is the time to celebrate! Joining instructions will be sent to you via email and you can begin the enrolment process.
However, if you are not offered a place, there may still be some options available. Get in contact with at +44 (0)20 3435 4642 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your options. Our team are always happy to offer guidance and support and we may even be able to make you a verbal offer at this point.
After your phone call, check UCAS Track and refer yourself to LCCA through UCAS Track by adding us as your choice. The dropdown menu that allows you to do this will be available on the site from 3pm onwards on results day. Keep checking UCAS Track for the status of our offer; please note that it may take some time for this to change to ‘confirmed’.
Joining instructions will then be sent to you via email and you can begin your LCCA journey!
Don’t forget to contact student finance and let them know right away that your institution has changed.
A. Log into UCAS Track and check that you have added the course and institution details to your clearing application. Some updates occur overnight, so please allow 24 hours for your application to be processed.
A. You have 24 hours to confirm your offer through UCAS Track. You’ll need to log into your UCAS account to confirm this before the offer expires.
A. After you have accepted your place to study at LCCA, you will receive enrolment details a few weeks before the new semester starts at the email address you used to apply through UCAS.
If we offer you a place, refer yourself to LCCA through UCAS Track by adding us as your choice. The menu that allows you to do this will be available. Keep checking the status of your offer as it may take a while for it to change to ‘confirmed’, but we will be working as fast as we can.

You should begin doing your research even before results day. Register with us here: LCCA form, save and compare courses all in one place.
Step 2: Contact LCCA for more details:
Call us at +44 (0)20 3435 4642 or email email@example.com once you receive your results. Ensure you have your UCAS ID, your Clearing number, your personal statement, your results and any questions on hand before calling.
Lastly, let student finance know that your intended place of study has now changed.
A. If you already have an offer for October 2022, you can defer your place until 2023.
If you haven’t applied for 2022 and want to study at LCCA this October, you can apply now via UCAS.
A. Yes. Call our Clearing Hotline on and your request will be processed by our Admissions team as soon as possible.
A. Yes, we have upcoming open days across July, August and September. Confirmed dates will be shown on our website.
