An assistant to the manager

RuStyle Ltd is looking for INTERNS to join their dynamic team. They are interested in
speaking with recent graduates or those looking for an entry-level role.
RuStyle Ltd focuses on delivering first-class personalized PR, Event Management,
Luxury Lifestyle and Management Services. RuStyle Ltd works and represents clients
around the globe, ranging from companies, brands, celebrities, models, private families to
royalties. RuStyle Ltd deals with establishing a brand image for our clients, as well as
brand management of various international companies.
INTERN responsibilities:
An assistant to the manager - to act as the manager's first point of contact with people
from both inside and outside the organisation.
Tasks to include:
• devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
• occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to
provide general assistance during presentations;
• taking dictation and minutes;
• carrying out background research and presenting findings;
• producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
• organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for
• liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
• carrying out specific projects and research;
• taking on some of the manager's responsibilities and working more closely with
• being involved in decision-making processes;
• planning, developing and implementing PR strategies;
• researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media;
• collating and analysing media coverage
• organising events including photoshoots, press tours, video interviews;
Key skills for public relations officers:
• Good understanding of the current market
• Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• Good research and analytical skills
• Presentation skills
• Ability to prioritise and plan effectively
• Creativity
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of Luxury market is plus
